RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PETS IN OUR HOTEL
To ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests and our 4-legged friends,
please follow the following rules:
In our hotel pets are allowed with prior notice.
They must be well-behaved animals, to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.
In the common areas of the hotel, the pets must be kept on a leash.
They are not allowed in the SPA/GYM and in the breakfast room.
If you want to have lunch/dinner in our Restaurant “la Ginestra”
please inform the reception or the restaurant staff in advance of your pet’s presence.
The guest must be adequately equipped for the welfare of their four-legged friends
(bowls, carrier, doghouses, etc.)
It’s not allowed to let your the pets to sit on the bed, sofas and armchairs.
It is forbidden to leave pets unattended inside the assigned room
except the time needed to use the services of the SPA or to have breakfast.
Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to call the customer for the immediate return in the room.
In this last cases, for security reasons, the customer is invited to place the“DO NOT DISTURB” tag on the outside of the door and to notify reception, to prevent access of our service staff in your room.
It is absolutely forbidden to use our garden, located outside the Restaurant “la Ginestra”,
for the physiological needs of the pets.
The owners must take full responsibility for all property damage
resulting from their pets.
Extra €10,00 per pet for the whole stay.
